We start off this month is a vacation! We are heading to Annapolis for the sailboat show. We take a detour to Williamsburg for a couple of days for a visit with family and friends before we head to the show to meet and greet with sponsors and vendors who have helped us to get to this point of the boat. We are picking up the windlass from Schafer Marine who is using our windlass as a demo at the boat show. We also are meeting with Mantus Marine for partnership with our new anchor, dinghy anchor, scuba compressor and a few other things that are needed.

We were able to say hi and hang out with new friends that we met last year at the show. We didn't have any booth time but that didn't stop us from enjoying the crowd, atmosphere and getting some new subscribers. Can't wait to come back next year for our 3rd time! After 5 days at the show, we came back home, picked up the puppies and I headed back to work. Andy had an extra day or so of vacation and he went for some boat work that needed to get done.

So we get ZERO work done on the boat this month. We took off the 1st 2 weekends of the month due to a friends birthday weekend and then off to Annapolis. We made a trip to the boat to drop off a bunch of goodies that we picked up and ordered from Amazon. We got our safety gear on board, like the new sling and epirb, Andy picked up a cute little cannon that has some serious fire power to it.

We headed down to the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show for the final weekend in October and that is an experience and half to say the least. It was very over whelming for us as our 1st time that we left after only a few hours. That show is mainly for power boaters and the elite wealthy which we are not. We did get finalized with Highfield to pick up our new dighy so that is coming up in the next week or so. Stop by to say to Mantus and our friends at Ugo Wear!

That IS about all we have for this month. Stay tuned for the updates for next month as there is time off and lots of progress to be made.
